Free, no obligation, no sales pressure A free audit of your website, with the findings that actually matter

Tell us your website address and we'll review it across performance, SEO, security, accessibility, and code health, then send back a written report with the issues prioritised and the quick wins flagged.

What the audit covers

A free website audit across the areas that affect results

A manual review backed by industry tooling, not just a single automated score with no context.

  1. Performance & Core Web Vitals

Load times, render-blocking assets, image weight, and caching, so you can see where the site is slow and what's causing it.

  2. SEO foundations

Indexing, metadata, headings, structured data, internal linking, and broken links holding rankings back.

  3. Security exposure

Outdated core, plugins, or themes, known vulnerabilities, missing SSL, and other easy targets.

  4. Accessibility

Colour contrast, keyboard navigation, missing labels and alt text, and the WCAG basics that catch most sites out.

  5. Mobile & responsive

Layout issues, tap targets that are too small, and content that breaks between phone and desktop.

  6. Code & plugin health

Plugin bloat, conflicts, and unmaintained dependencies that add risk and slow the site down.

  7. Hosting & uptime

Server response times, PHP version, and whether the hosting is keeping up with what the site needs.

  8. Analytics & tracking

Whether analytics, consent, and conversion tracking are actually set up correctly, or quietly missing data.

Additional service

Need a security deep-dive? We do those too

The free audit is a high-level review across the whole site. When security is the priority, our dedicated WordPress Security Audit goes much further: malware scanning, vulnerability testing, brute-force hardening, and a full remediation plan.

FAQs

Questions, answered

Can't find what you're after? Get in touch and we'll answer it directly.

Yes. The audit and the written report are free, with no obligation. If you'd like us to carry out the fixes afterwards we'll quote for that separately, but there's no expectation to.

Just your website address and an email address to send the report to. If there's something specific prompting the audit, such as a slow site, a drop in rankings, or a security worry, telling us helps us focus the review, but it's optional.

No. The free audit is carried out from the outside using publicly available information and industry tooling. A deeper paid audit may involve access to the admin area or server, but only with your permission and never for the free review.

No. Most of the audit, covering performance, SEO, accessibility, mobile, and analytics, applies to any website. The plugin and CMS-specific checks are most detailed for WordPress, since that's what we specialise in.

We'll confirm a timeframe when we acknowledge your request. It depends on the size of the site and how many are in the queue, but we aim to turn audits around promptly.

The free audit is a broad, high-level review across the whole site. The WordPress Security Audit is a paid deep-dive focused purely on security: malware scanning, vulnerability testing, brute-force hardening, and a remediation plan.

No. The report stands on its own. If it turns out a rebuild is genuinely the right call we'll say so and explain why, but plenty of audits just result in a list of fixes for an existing site.

We use them to carry out the audit and follow up about it. We only add you to our marketing list if you tick the box on the form, and you can unsubscribe at any time. See our Privacy & Cookie Policy for the detail.
